Our team attended a Business Resource Meeting to learn more about Chesterfield County's Comprehensive Plan for the county that was presented by the Women’s Council of Realtors Richmond Chapter. The guest speaker, Steven Haasch, AICP Manager for Chesterfield County's Planning department discussed an overview of the vision the county is hoping to achieve for our community in the future.

The county currently has approximately 340,000 residents. The land that is currently available for development in the county is only ½ developed.  That leaves potential for this county to double in size. 

Chesterfield county is twice the size of Henrico and 8 times the size of Richmond. There is tremendous growth opportunity for our county and how we grow

Q: What is your favorite Thanksgiving tradition?

A: I absolutely love to catch up with extended family and friends, enjoying everyone's company and having some time off makes the holidays the most amazing time of the year. Sometimes you have to decompress & the best folks to do it with are your loved ones over some of the best dinner & dessert you'll have all year!

A: Sweet Potato Casserole

Q: What is your favorite Thanksgiving tradition?

A: We usually eat pretty early,around 4:00 pm after cooking all morning as a family. I love going back for round two later on in the evening to enjoy the amazing food again and gain sustenance to face the Black Friday Shopping extravaganza.
