Our team attended a Business Resource Meeting to learn more about Chesterfield County's Comprehensive Plan for the county that was presented by the Women’s Council of Realtors Richmond Chapter. The guest speaker, Steven Haasch, AICP Manager for Chesterfield County's Planning department discussed an overview of the vision the county is hoping to achieve for our community in the future.

The county currently has approximately 340,000 residents. The land that is currently available for development in the county is only ½ developed.  That leaves potential for this county to double in size.
