November Festival Guide 2019

Richmond is rich with culture and festivals celebrating the diversity of the area. Many types of festivals are celebrated each month with activities for all ages. As we move into November, Richmond continues to host a variety of events.

  •       2019 Greek Mini-Festival – Saints Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral – 11/14-16

Bring the entire family to this indoor festival featuring Greek authentic cuisine, dancing, and specialty vendors.


  •       Inlight Richmond Festival & Lantern Parade – Chimbrazo Park – 11/15-16

Take a stroll and enjoy the light- based exhibit set up just in time for the upcoming holidays.


  •       2nd Annual Stony Point Beer Festival – Stony Point Fashion Park – 11/16

Purchase tickets to enjoy local and regional brewed beer, wine and cider with local restaurants/vendors. Enjoy live music by Jack Ryan Sullivan and other featured artists.


  •       Family Fall Fest – Libbie Mill Library – 11/18

Perfect for families to enjoy games, crafts, and more!


  •       Pocahontas Reframed “StoryTellers” Film Festival – The Byrd Theatre – 11/21-24

Bringing together films by and about local Natives, and celebrating indigenous culture, language, and stories.


  •       Main Street Holiday Street Festival – Westchester Commons – 11/23

Come out for the annual Holiday Tree Lighting with activities for all ages.


  •       GBS FEST – Hardywood West Creek – 11/23

Enjoy their famous Gingerbread Stout and holiday activities with live music, carolers, food trucks and even take some pictures with Santa!


  •       Ashland Stew, Brew & Bluegrass Family Fall Fest – St. James the Less Episcopal Church – 11/23

A day filled with Brunswick Stew, Bluegrass Music and more for the entire family to enjoy.


  •       2019 Richmond Craft & Design Show – Visual Arts Center – 11/22-24

Over 150+ artists will be featured with many different types of works from ceramics, glass, wood, and many more.


  •       The Leftovers Festival – River City Roll – 11/30

Kicking off as its first year, bring your family and pets to enjoy music until midnight.
