This Virginia Real Estate Sales course satisfies the requirements for 60 hours of Virginia pre-licensing real estate education. This course combines the correspondence Real Estate Principles course with a series of four live lectures delivered in class. The PowerPoint presentation format is specifically geared toward delivering all pertinent information to pass the National and State portions of the exam. Topics covered include: Real Estate Principles and Practices, Title and Ownership, Contracts and Agency, Finance and Valuation, Environmental, Math and Virginia License Law and Regulations. Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be prepared to pass the State exam.
Classes will be held at 2913 Fox Chase Lane, Midlothian, VA 23112 - Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-9:30 PM.
